Paryls® PPSU

Paryls ® Polyphenylsulfone offers the best performance of all the sulfone polymers with a Tg of 220C. PPSU’s Impact performance is comparable to polycarbonate, but chemical resistance is superior to Polysulfone (PSU). PPSU is inherently flame retardant.

Key Attributes

Outstanding Ductility

Heat Deflection Temperature of 207C (225C Tg)

Capable of 1000+ autoclave cycles

Inherently flame retardant

Transparent and custom colorable.

Higher Performance than PSU.

BPA-Free

Typical Applications:

Sterilization Trays

Dental and Surgical Tools

Fluid Engineering

Food Service Applications

Aerospace and Rail Components
